ABOUT ME
The TL;DR: They call me "User-Experience Designer". But in a little fancy way, my passion is to talk to people and solve their problems. And because of that, they sometimes call me a "therapist". Like a therapist, I try to create a comfortable space for them to talk and understand their story without being judgemental. I then exercise with those insights to understand what they could (or couldn't) feel about themselves. Just not that. I then report this to my team as they call me a "Researcher". And then we take those insights forward for a better product/service/environment as a "Designer".
